One of the best days ever here. Got to enjoy the last day of the season then began moving in to my house which is still technically in the city of Winona so the Winona Fly Factory remains accurate. I should note that the nearest trout bearing water is no more than a stones throw away which will work out well for me. I apologize for the skewed angle on the last fish of the season. Trying something new and it didn’t work out too well. Truth be told the fish measured just over 17 inches, not a bad way to end the season. Took a Kiss My Leech as I watched from the banks, twitched it right in front of his trouty nose, watched the turn then the white mouth and it was all over. More images of the trout outing to follow, for now more moving and un-packing.
